  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm

    • All inquiries and bookings are assessed during our office hours

    • All inquiries after 5pm Mon-Thursday will be assessed the following business day

    • All inquiries made on Friday after 5pm will be assessed the following Monday

    • We do not offer discounts

    Our hourly rates include:

    • Transportation (fuel, time, etc.)

    • Feed and supplies for event

    • Set up and clean up

    • Decorations for alpacas to match your theme/colors

    • Animal handlers

    • Professionalism

  • Yes! All events require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your date and time slot.

  • We will be traveling to your event from Granbury, TX.

    We are happy to service events in the DFW metroplex!

    • Event locations that are 90 minutes or more away from Granbury, TX will incur an additional fee of $50 per half-hour that it takes for us to arrive at your location

    • All inquiries must complete an intake form first in order to proceed with booking a reservation

  • Once you have booked an event reservation, you cannot change your scheduled time, date and location with us.

    • You cannot deduct a service once you have booked your reservation.

    • Upgrading services is permitted depending on how far in advance from your event the request is made

    • Upgraded services that incur additional fees to your booking must be paid in full once approved

  • -We will arrive at your event location 30 minutes before your scheduled booking to set up.

    • If you need an earlier set-up time, there is an additional $50 fee per half hour

    -Our truck and trailer must be able to pull up and park as close to the setup area as possible.

  • We do have themes we offer!

    We are happy to work with you to dress up the alpacas to match your party's specific color or theme. You are not required to pick a theme; the alpacas can come as themselves if you wish!

    Available themes:

    • Floral

    • Bride/groom costume

    • Holiday themes

  • If there is bad weather on the day of your event, depending on the situation, we can still attend if there is a covered area for the alpacas and handlers to be under— a garage, covered patio, or tent that you provide.

    • Rescheduling due to weather on the day of your event is only allowed if you have notified us 48 hours before the event, expressing the possibility that rescheduling the day of may occur due to anticipated weather.

      • Deposits are non-refundable

  • In order to book Party Pacas for your event, both a Rules of Participation Agreement and a Liability Waiver must be signed.
